Kings Property is co-founded and run by James Burke (Director) who has lived and worked in this area all of his life and the office is run by staff who all live in the local area. We cherish our independence because it motivates us to care about every single thing that happens within our company.

As a member we must follow the NAEA's strict code of conduct, have all the correct insurance and protection and stay up-to-date on any and all changes that may arise within the industry. We are also associates of the Association of Regulated Letting Agents (ARLA). As an associate we have 24 hour access to knowledgeable and legally trained advisers who can advise us on all aspects of Lettings should any issues ever arise. The NAEA and ARLA also send us constant updates on any changes that are due to take place within the Estate Agency and Residential Lettings Industry. This means you will always be given up-to-date, correct legal advice and will be given plentiful notice of any changes, including changes to the law, well in advance of them taking effect.
